Our shipping policy outlines the various options available for receiving your orders and the terms and conditions associated with each method. DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer multiple delivery options to accommodate your needs:

1. Calculation of Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping rates are calculated based on various factors, including the weight and dimensions of the products in your order, your shipping address, and the shipping method selected.
  • To ensure transparency and accuracy, the calculated Standard Shipping rates for each product are prominently displayed on the respective product pages. This way, you can easily see the shipping cost associated with each item before adding it to your cart.
  1. During Checkout:
  2. As you proceed to checkout, the Standard Shipping rates for your entire order will be calculated based on the combined weight and dimensions of all the items in your cart, your shipping address, and your chosen shipping method.
  3. You will have the opportunity to review the calculated shipping costs before completing your purchase. This ensures that you are fully informed about the shipping charges associated with your order.

2. EXPRESS SHIPPING - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

  • Need your gear faster? Opt for our Express Shipping option.
  • Shipping charges for Express delivery can be calculated using our Shipping Calculator on each product page.
  • We select the fastest available option for your order. Please note that Express does not always guarantee overnight delivery.
  • A potential additional delay of 2-3 days may occur (due to verification) for bank transfer payments.

3. UNTRACKED SHIPPING FOR SHEET MUSIC BOOKS - $7.00 FLAT RATE

  • This option is available exclusively for sheet music books.
  • Untracked shipping means there will be no detailed tracking information available.
  • Shipping for this option is conducted via Australia Post only.
  • Industrie Music takes no responsibility for items not arriving when untracked shipping is selected.
  • This option operates under the same terms and conditions as Authority to Leave (ATL).

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. Estimated shipping times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. We choose the most efficient dispatch location to ensure prompt delivery, even if it's not the physically closest one.

Tracking Your Shipment:

After your order is processed and dispatched, you will be sent an email containing a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to follow your shipment's journey in real-time, ensuring you can prepare for its delivery. Please note, tracking details may not immediately reflect updates or may not be included in your shipping confirmation. Updates to the tracking information will only be available after the courier has collected your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that at this time, we only ship goods within Australia, and we do not accept international orders under any circumstances.

RETURNED DELIVERIES (RTS)

If your order is returned to us by our delivery partners, we can re-send it to you. This re-delivery incurs a $10 fee for standard delivery or the applicable fee for express delivery. Should you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we will deduct a $10 RTS (return to sender) fee from your refund.

SELECTING AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

If you opt for Authority to Leave (ATL), please be aware that Industrie Music does not replace or refund goods deemed missing after delivery. Responsibility for the items transfers to you once they are left by our delivery partners. We advise against leaving delivery instructions for unattended drop-offs if you have any uncertainties. This way, your goods can be securely stored at the local post office until you are ready to pick them up.
