We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use TLS encryption to protect the security of your credit card details. Please note that all credit card orders submitted to Industrie Music are subject to fraud checking. For new customers, we verify that you are the authorised cardholder by charging a randomised and slightly reduced amount from the full total of your order, which you can see in your credit card account. You may be contacted to quote this amount, before we release your order. If further verification is needed on an order, we may request ID or proof of card ownership, before we release it. If you don’t wish to disclose this information, payment via Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer may suit you better. Please see the details on these payment methods.
Direct Bank Transfer
With nearly all Australian banks now providing online banking, this is a convenient method of payment for customers without a credit card. Once you complete the checkout process, we will email you our bank account details with your order number. Use these details to deposit your payment into our account. So that we can identify your payment, please enter your order number into the description field when using online banking, or ask the teller to do so if depositing at a branch. If you are with a bank other than ANZ, online transfers may take up to two days, so please allow extra time for your goods to be shipped.
