By eliminating the copper wire of traditional pickups and replacing them with layered circuit boards that produce vintage tones, the Fluence captures what matters most in signal transference: sound. And in the case of the TAT Special FX, Adam Dutkiewicz decided on a single humbucker in the bridge, leaving more wood in the guitar for more resonant tone!

This guitar’s 5-piece maple/walnut neck features a TAT Special soft “D” profile with an oiled finish. This smooth neck’s comfortable profile coupled with the ebony fingerboard offers incredible feel and response. In addition, the 27 small stainless steel frets provide stellar intonation when playing chords or lead. Signature Caparison clock inlays give this fingerboard a really cool visual vibe as well.
