Unique tonewood combination
The Brocken separates itself from other Caparison models with its unique body construction. This 5-string beast begins life as a simple maple core. Next, a pair of Australian blackwood wings are added to provide a tight bass response and added resonance. The body is topped off by a thick piece of black walnut. The result of this quadripartite construction is an incredibly well-balanced tone with a pronounced punch.
Effortlessly playable neck with compound radius fingerboard
Caparison is known for creating player-friendly necks. Made from five plies of maple and walnut, the neck has a matte finish that makes octave slides easy. You'll love playing the compound-radius ebony fingerboard. It's incredibly smooth, equipped with 27 Jumbo frets, and features Caparison's signature clock inlays.
